READ THIS FIRST: I respect and love Vivek, back when I was 19 - we were making a comedy public access show so I felt it necessary to make it funny. I really love this video and have spoken to the man and given him about $50 since making the video, it has been seen by hundreds of people. Hope you can decipher the intelligence from the stupidity - and for the records, I still think it's kind of funny.

    I've been watching this vid for a while now and you hit the nail right on the head. I thought the same thing. This video is epically perfect. The dichotomy between Vivek, and those rapscallions, is perfect.

    At first the camara guys made me sick too. But there stupidity make's this a epic clip. Its like The battle between love/ inteligence. Against egocentric selfimportent/stupidity. I think Vivec knows they are imbeciles. But still He takes the effort to speak with them, try's to teach them something. This makes him a great man. Makes him indeed a spirit of love.

    Peace this brought tears to my eyes. what is the power of truth? this man has no home, no money, yet, he is full of love, peace, and happiness. and these people mocking him. that's the thing, with this kind of realization and knowledge, these cameramen exemplify everything that can go wrong when the heart is blinded by the apparent, and the ego. they don't get it.

    Who's the cameraman? He honestly ruins it with his pointless commentary. "Oh the people aren't giving him anything!" and then goes to point out that he gave Vivek $50 in the description. How fucking impressive. Nah man you're pretty insecure.

    I've read a few other comments on here, about what Vivek must have been thinking, and I sympathize. He really put himself out on a limb, here, and they were making fun of him. You could even see it, little moments of awkwardness and how he got insecure a couple times and even told them he shouldn't be talking to them, but he did it anyway. I love the message he gave, though, and I'm grateful for it. It's made me think. :-)
